| CRAIG KEELAND - CEO & Founder |
Craig Keeland is a fifth generation Texan, born and raised in Dallas, Texas.
In 1991, Craig asked how we could all live younger longer and in excellent health. Prior to 1991, Craig had an extensive career in banking and finance. After completing his MBA from the Wharton Graduate School of Finance, Craig achieved notoriety as Founder, Chairman & CEO of Heritage Corporation of American and Chairman & CEO of Guaranty Bank. As a Financial Consultant, Craig was sought out by billionaires for his expertise and guidance.
In 1991, Craig set out to uncover the secrets to a long and healthy life. To that end, he founded his own health and wellness products company and gathered a team of world class scientists to achieve his ultimate goal of creating a good tasting antioxidant rich natural product that would support a state of wellness.
Craig’s vision became reality in 2003 when the first bottle of ViaViente was introduced to the public, and the company ViaViente was born. ViaViente is now available in more than 15 countries around the world. Craig is proud to say that ViaViente is truly “Restoring Health and Hope Around the World.” For those who become part of ViaViente, the company provides them with the opportunity to “Develop the Champion Within.” Craig is also Founder of The Andes Children’s Foundation, an organization created to give back to the Vilcabamba Valley and support the educational needs of the children of the area. |

| GARY FORRESTER - Sr. Vice President, Operations |
Gary began his career as a Tax Accountant for T.I.M.E. – DC, International. From there he moved to EDS, one of the largest data-processing companies in the world. Gary spent 23 years at EDS, overseeing 600 employees operating in multiple countries around the world. From 1997 to 2000, Gary served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for 2021.Interactive, LLC, the largest software solutions provider to the direct marketing industry. In 2000, Craig Keeland asked Gary to join the launch management team for ViaViente. With a BBA from Texas Tech University, Gary brings a depth of expertise in day-to-day management and systems development to ViaViente’s global enterprise.

| BART DANGERFIELD - Vice President, Sales Leader Support North America |
Bart began his career as President of Gazelle Systems, a software company that grew to over $4 million in sales in just three years. An entrepreneur from the start, Bart owned and operated his own advertising agency from 1989 to 1992. He has extensive experience in the marketing communications industry which includes serving as Director of Marketing Communications at a $1.5 billion industry leader, where he was one of the first 30 employees hired to launch the company’s technology and Internet arm. He also served as Director of Marketing Communications at a billion dollar telecommunications company and as a Marketing Communications Consultant to various companies.
Bart joined ViaViente as Communications Director and has been with the company since its inception. Today, with a degree in Communications from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas, Bart oversees ViaViente’s North American Sales, including the company’s recent expansion into Mexico. |

| MIKE BROSNAN - Vice President, Sales Asia Pacific |
Mike studied Business and Marketing at Orange Coast State College. He brings vast sales and management experience to ViaViente. He has served as Vice President of Sales for a natural food and dietary supplement company and Executive Distributor for a billion dollar wellness company, where he was named Highest First Month Executive Earner in the company’s history. Before coming to ViaViente, Mike was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for MAX Partners and a consultant to many other companies of varying sizes helping them meet the challenges of expanding global markets.
Mike joined ViaViente in 2005 as Vice President of Sales, International. He travels to Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, the Philippines and Taiwan for ViaViente and is responsible for overseeing global sales in the Asia Pacific region. |

| REBECCA RICE - Vice President, Communications |
Rebecca Rice is an award-winning film and television producer and writer. Since 1995 Rebecca has written and produced corporate programming for businesses and cable television. Her clients have included: The American Academy of Pediatrics, Swatch, The Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra, Southwest Airlines, George Mason University, Special Olympics of Texas and more. She has written for CNN, MSNBC, and the Discovery Channel. Her projects have featured the celebrity talents of Terry Bradshaw, Linda Gray, Peggy Fleming, Robert Wagner, Cheryl Ladd, Sharon Gless and Pat Summerall.
Rebecca is also listed in Who’s Who of American Women. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Texas Christian University and a Master of Fine Arts in Broadcast-Film from Southern Methodist University. With her unique educational background, Rebecca is the ideal person to lead Via’s Communications Team. |

| SUSAN ATCHLEY - Director of Accounting |
Susan Atchley joined the ViaViente accounting team after relocating from Bryan, TX. As an managerial consultant, Susan provided accounting services for a variety of small business owners in the Bryan/College Station area. She holds a BBA from West Texas A&M University and an MBA from LeTourneau University. She and her husband, Greg, have a daughter and a son. |

| RICHARD USELTON - Controller |
Richard Uselton brings to ViaViente a broad background of financial management and accounting expertise. He has worked with independent entrepreneurs in industries ranging from defense contractors to oil and gas production to health and fitness equipment. Richard has a solid background in manufacturing and cost savings as well as distribution and inventory management processes. Richard has been a partner and held financial and operational positions in startup companies between 1999 and 2004. He assisted in growing those organizations to profitable levels and selling the businesses as a planned exit strategy. Richard holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington. |
